Qeruvix provides energy efficiency certification services for residential and commercial properties in the Madrid region. Our services include:
To request our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your property and assessment needs. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Property assessments require on-site access. You are responsible for ensuring access to all areas of the property that require evaluation. Inability to access necessary areas may affect the accuracy and completeness of the assessment.
Pricing for services is as stated on our website or as agreed in writing. Payment is due upon delivery of the certificate and report unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash payment.
Energy efficiency certificates issued by Qeruvix are valid for ten years from the date of issue and are registered with the Community of Madrid as required by law. The certificate remains valid unless significant modifications are made to the property that affect its energy performance.
Our supplementary analysis reports provide information and recommendations based on the property assessment. These reports are informational in nature and do not constitute professional advice regarding specific improvement projects. Implementation of any recommendations is at your discretion and risk.
Our assessments are based on visual inspection and standard calculation methodologies. We do not conduct invasive testing or destructive investigation. Hidden defects or conditions not visible during normal inspection may not be identified.

All content on the Qeruvix website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qeruvix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Qeruvix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled assessment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We treat information about your property and assessment results as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Your use of our services may also be subject to local, regional, national, or international laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
